What This Policy Covers
This policy sets out the personal data LumiLight handles when you browse or order from shoplumilight.com, what we do with it, who else touches it, and what you can ask us to do about it. The short version: we collect what selling and supporting a purchase requires, and nothing beyond that.
Data You Give Us
When you place an order we record:
- Who you are and where the parcel goes — name, email, delivery address, phone number.
- What you bought — the items, the total and the currency.
- How you paid — processed by our payment providers. Your full card number never reaches us and we do not store it.
Data Collected Automatically
- Your IP address, time zone, browser and device.
- Pages you opened, searches you ran, and the site or ad that sent you here.
What We Do With It
- Take, pack, ship and track your order, and email you about it.
- Answer your questions and process returns, replacements and refunds.
- Spot fraudulent and abusive orders.
- Understand which products and pages work, so we can improve them.
- Send marketing email — only if you opted in, and only until you opt out. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also just write to us.
Who Else Sees It
We do not sell personal data and we do not rent it out. It is shared only with the suppliers the store cannot run without:
- Shopify, the platform this store is built and hosted on.
- Payment providers, to charge you and to handle refunds and disputes.
- Warehouses and carriers, to pack, ship and track your parcel.
- Email and analytics providers, for order emails and for measuring how the store is used.
We will also hand data over where the law obliges us to, or where it is needed to defend our legal rights.
Data Leaving Your Country
Our suppliers operate in several countries and we ship internationally, so your data may be processed outside where you live — in Brazil, Canada, the United States and elsewhere. We rely on the contractual and technical safeguards those providers offer.
How Long We Hold It
Order records are kept for as long as we need them to support you and to satisfy accounting and tax law. Ask us to erase your details and we will, unless a law requires us to keep them.
What You Can Ask For
Depending where you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to a particular use, ask us to restrict processing, or ask for it in a portable file. You can withdraw marketing consent whenever you like, and you can complain to your national data protection authority.

We use advertising and analytics tools that rely on cookies to tell us whether our marketing is working. The advertising platforms each publish their own opt-out controls, and your browser lets you block or clear cookies at any point.

This store is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
