Reading These Terms
These are the terms on which LumiLight sells to you through shoplumilight.com. Placing an order means you accept them, so please read them before you buy. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy sit alongside this document and form part of the same agreement.
1. The Seller

2. Who May Buy
You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must give us a delivery address we ship to. Orders that look fraudulent, resale-driven or abusive may be refused.
3. The Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Screens render colour differently and the finish you receive may vary slightly from the image. Our lights are consumer products for everyday use — they are not medical, diving, industrial-safety or professional-rescue equipment, and should not be relied on as such.
4. Prices and Currency
All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. The price you see at checkout is the price we charge. If an obvious pricing error slips through, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
5. When the Contract Starts
Your order is an offer. The contract only exists once we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example because of stock, a suspected fraudulent payment or an address we cannot deliver to — and you get a full refund.
6. Paying
Payment is taken at checkout by our payment providers. We do not see or keep your full card details. You confirm that the payment method is yours to use.
7. Delivery, Returns and Refunds
Costs and timings are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your 90-day money-back guarantee and the return process are set out in our Refund Policy. Both are linked in the footer of every page.
8. Our Content
Everything on this site — text, images, video, layout, logos and the LumiLight name — is ours or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or re-publish it commercially without written permission.
9. Reviews and Anything You Send Us
Send us a review, photo, video or suggestion and you give us permission to use, show and adapt it in connection with the store, without payment. Do not send us anything you do not have the right to share. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.
10. Site Availability and Accuracy
We may correct errors, update content or take the store offline for maintenance without notice. Where information on this site is out of date, that alone does not mean we have to update it.
11. What You Must Not Do
Do not use this site to break the law, to infringe anybody's rights, to upload malware, to scrape or harvest data, to probe or circumvent our security, or to interfere with how the site works for other people. We may withdraw access for any of these.
12. Limits on Our Liability
So far as the law allows, our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost time, lost data or lost opportunity. Nothing here removes or limits the statutory rights a consumer has where you live, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us.
13. Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against us because you broke these terms or misused the site, you agree to cover the resulting claims, losses and reasonable costs.
14. If Part of This Fails
Should any clause here be unenforceable, it is severed and the rest stays in force.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where we are established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy in your own country of residence.
16. Changes
The version of these terms published here when you order is the version that governs your order. We may revise them for future orders at any time.
